8ft - 2 equal sections. The Seahunter Z - BU are a range of light weight boat rods with a feel and action which belie their very reasonable price. When you pick the rod up the first thing you notice is how light the carbon blank is. Not only is the blank light but it also has a really nice action with the sensitive tip blending nicely into a progesivly more powerful mid and butt section. They are finished with lined guides (suitable for both braid and nylon lines), slim duplon grips and a screw winch fitting.
