The Gemini Disgorger is the quickest, most efficient and humane way of removing deep set hooks from a fishes mouth. Here on the South Coastwe catch large numbers of Whiting throughout the Autumn, and with adisgorger, they can very easily be removed from the hook and returned if they are undersized, or retained for the pot if they are sizeable.

Also available in Glow-in-the-Dark version, great for night fishing.

A disgorger is best suited to roundfish such as Whiting, Cod, Bass, Pouting, etc. It also works on the larger mouthed flatfish such as Plaice,Turbot and Brill, but for the smaller mouthed flatfish like Sole, Dab and Flounder, forceps are still the best method.
