Fished Eastbourne Thursday night.
First part of the session was pants lots of stringy weed and no fish!
Towards the middle of the session cliff had a few small bites which he initally thought was weed again, how wrong was we!
I'm led to believe a rare catch in Eastbourne a stunning undulate ray!
Would have prob gone around mid to late 50cm ish if we measured it correctly, but was more focused on returning it fast due to it looking like it was about to lay
Bait was small strip of squid (that we caught during the squidding season)
On a pennel rig.
Was ace to share in the excitement and a new pb for cliff
