The Big Fish Bash Beach Fishing Competition was held on 4th January 2026 in aid of 'You Raise Me Up' and was a fantastic success!!
Many thanks to the nearly 50 anglers who took part, and to SERT and for the donation of prizes towards this event which raised over £700 for a great local charity!
You Raise Me Up supports life after the loss of a young adult by offerring mental health support to families that have lost a young adult between the ages of 16-25. You can read more about invaluable work that this charity does on their website at https://www.youraisemeup.co.uk/
