'Went to the mushroom farm lake yesterday after work and had a blinding session, I caught 6 carp and this lovely catfish weighing 23lbs 5oz which I am really chuffed with because it's my first cat out of this lake and I've fished it for a couple years now. Thanks to Anglers Den for the best bait as always'

Ian Talbott is pictured with a 31lb 12oz catfish and his daughter Molly (13yrs) with a 25lb 8oz catfish both from Hawkhurst Fishery!
The wels catfish is the largest true freshwater fish and one that tends to be easy to identify and an unforgettable experience to catch - well done to you both!!
