As anglers ourselves, we want to hear your catch reports, as do our customers.
We have a 'Local Catch Photos' board at the front of the shop to display your photos.
Either bring your photos into the shop or send them to us electronically at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you bring your sea catch to the shop, we are only too happy to weigh, record and photograph specimen fish for our customers.
We can also display photos on the Anglers Den facebook page (Click Here), Instagram (Click Here), on the Sea Angling Catch News (Click Here) or Coarse Angling Catch News (Click Here) pages of the website, on our Twitter Account (Click Here), for your local network to view, like and share.
By liking us on facebook, following us on Instagram or Twitter or regularly checking out the Catch News pages on our website, you can:
keep up to date with what is being caught locally!
. This means you can bring in your catch for weighing and the details can be passed onto Sea Angling News, for inclusion in future editions.
Sea Angling News is the UK's only free sea angling newspaper with a readership of up to 45,000 sea anglers. Printed monthly it contains 28 pages of industry news, regional reports and competition results, fishing tackle and charter boat reviews, catch pictures, and details of angler friendly accommodation, and much more - all for free. The Sea Angling News (SAN) is a monthly publication available free from Anglers Den.
We were very proud to weigh and verify the hugely impressive 43lb 7oz Cod - the biggest cod taken anywhere in the UK for almost 20 years - caught by Nick Proctor aboard Deep Blue charter boat out of Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne in January 2012! This incredible fish (the really big one, below left) was caught on a small sidewinder lure, and was bought into Anglers Den to be officially weighed and recorded.
