Conger Eels from a Pevensey Bay Beach!! 2nd October 2019

Damion Chant sent these fantastic pictures from a session off the beach in Pevensey Bay last night with James Wood.
Damion is pictured with a conger eel of 12lb and James Wood with two congers, the largest of which was 12lb 2oz. Damion is also pictured with a nice bass of 2lb 6oz.
The pair caught four conger eels in total, using squid and bluey cocktail bait, and also whiting as bait. Fantastic pictures of a very unusual catch (particularly of this size!) from the beach in Pevensey Bay!!
