Summer Species off local beaches - 12th July 2019

Certain species being caught off local beaches tell us that summer has at last arrived!

Steve Beech sent these pictures from a session this week at Langley Point, Eastbourne. 
Steve is pictured with a nice smoothound, and also caught this black bream and this stunning red mullet - all species that tell us that summer is here!!
All were caught on dirty squid bait from Anglers Den!

Tony Rose is pictured below with a lovely bass of 5½lb, another prized summer species fish, the biggest he has ever caught - well done Tony! Tony also caught this 1lb dover sole and small gilt head bream.
