Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and add any items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (VAT Registration Number 988235176)
Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout. You will be given the option to register with us, or to log on if you have previously registered. Registration is a way to store your personal details, to make ordering quick and easy next time you shop with us. If you wish to order without registering, select this option.
You can pay using any major credit or debit card. You have the option of paying either via Paypal or Worldpay , both leading secure payment providers in the UK. Your card details are not stored on our website at any point in the transaction, and our staff do not have access to your card details. You will be transferred to secure payment pages. Once your payment is processed, you will see a payment confirmation page and receive a confirmation of the order by email. If you do not receive this - please check your Spam/Junk mail folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list.
All prices quoted are subject to Delivery charges, unless this is stated otherwise.
For UK Mainland deliveries, our software will automatically calculate your delivery charges, based on the weight and size of your order. The cost of delivery, and the full cost of your order, is automatically calculated each time an item is added to your shopping basket, and this can be viewed at any time. This means you know the total cost of your order before you decide to buy. Some items are offered for sale with free delivery and where this applies this is highlighted on the product page.
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. Please allow 2-5 working days for processing and delivery of your order. On receipt of your order, we aim to dispatch it on the following working day (Mon – Fri) wherever possible. All UK deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail ('signed for' for more expensive items) or a courier service which aims for, but does not guarantee*, next day delivery. We therefore advise that 2-3 days should be allowed for delivery of your order from the time it is dispatched by us. You will receive an email advising that your order has been dispatched by us. If you do not receive this - please check your Spam/Junk mail folder and add email@example.com to your safe senders list. We understand it is often not possible to be at home to receive your order, so we are happy to deliver your order to an alternative address where someone may be available to sign for and accept your order. During the checkout process there is an opportunity to specify an alternative delivery address for you order.
For Highlands and Islands delivery, please contact us by email with details of your order and request a quote for delivery costs. We do not accept International orders at present.
Out of Stock Items
We aim to hold stock of all items listed on our site. If an item is not available we will contact you by email. You will then be given the option to wait for stock to arrive, amend your order or of course cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Your right to return goods is protected by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
The Distance Selling Regulations permit you a 7 day cooling off period in which time you may return the goods to us for a refund. You are responsible for the return of the items and they must be returned to us in a new and unused condition, with the original packaging. We recommend you obtain proof of delivery.
In addition, as an additional service to our customers, we offer a 'no quibble' 30 day returns service for incorrectly ordered, unwanted or incorrectly sized goods. Please email us to advise you are returning items to us. When returning goods to us please include a note of your name, address, telephone and order number.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
If goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away by email or phone and we will do our best to assist you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
